1 cup flour
1/2 cup salt
2 tsp cream of tarter
1 cup water (plus food coloring)
2 tsp vegetable oil

Combine dry ingredients in medium pot. Slowly stir in liquid ingredients and food coloring. Cook on medium heat until mixture forms ball. (If really sticky cook a little longer.) Knead until cool.
Store in air tight container for 3-4 weeks.
